This soothing tummy tea recipe combines fennel, peppermint, chamomile, and ginger to ease digestion, reduce bloating, and calm your system.
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp dried peppermint leaves
1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
½ tsp dried ginger root or 3 fresh slices
2 cups filtered water
1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan with water.
2. Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat.
3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Strain the tea into a mug.
5. Sip slowly and enjoy warm.
You can store extra tea in the fridge for 24 hours.
Optional add-ins: lemon balm, cinnamon, lemon juice.
